Royal blue with a flash of real gold. Moonstruck earrings are handmade torch-fired copper enamel, with a glossy open-circle drop and a 24ct gold decal heat-sealed into the enamel, so the gold stays part of the glass. It catches the light like the last glow in a twilight sky.
They hang from 18ct gold plate half-moon studs, which are light to wear and made for party season. Moonstruck is part of the Twilight Edit, my collection of glamorous enamel jewellery for after dark. Each pair is fired by hand in my studio in Cobh, East Cork, so no two are exactly alike.
